Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible. Total delivery time is broken down into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

📦 1. Processing Time

All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged for shipment.

• Standard Processing: 1–3 business days.

• Once your order is processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

🚚 2. Shipping Time & Estimates

This refers to the time it takes for items to travel from our warehouses to your destination. We utilize multiple fulfillment centers across different locations to optimize delivery; therefore, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive at slightly different times.

Note: Deliveries to remote areas, or during peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays), may experience slight variations. Rest assured, we never sacrifice product quality for speed.

🔥 Shipping Options & Protection

• Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: Includes basic tracking and routing protection.

• Insured Shipping (Loss & Damage Protection): If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Sufficient proof (such as photos of damage) is required to process claims.

• Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is placed at the top of our daily fulfillment list for immediate packing and dispatch, while enjoying full shipping insurance.

📍 Order Tracking

Tracking numbers frequently take 24–72 hours after shipment to update and display correct logistics information in the carrier's system. You can easily track your package through global tracking portals such as 17Track.

🛠️ Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make any changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address, size, or color), please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at ustk01@wulawula.shop.

Please double-check your selections before checkout. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carriers, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it.
